I am a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, Yoga Instructor Trainer (E-R.Y.T. 500), and a certified advanced practitioner through the White Lotus Foundation. I currently teach eclectic vinyasa and yin yoga classes around the beach cities of Southern California (Los Angeles & Orange County). I lead international and local retreats, facilitate yoga workshops and train people to become yoga teachers through my CLOUD NINE YOGA STUDIO & SCHOOL, nationally recognized by The Yoga Alliance since 2002. I am also the founder of THE SURFIN YOGIS, a surf and yoga club based in Redondo Beach; now expanding to Bolsa Chica and San Onofre State Beaches. The Universe has called me to do this work in the world to help others through balancing and harmonizing mind*body*spirit. Teaching Yoga and doing healing work is my life and my love.
